What to say?  Not that you care, but just in case.

• I don't follow recipes.  
• I make it up as I go, sometimes successfully other times not
• Making things up means I don't measure
• My husband doesn't love all the vegetables I cook, especially the bitter greens
• Texas and Bavaria are amazing places and I'm not sure I could live anywhere else
• I never take pictures with anything other than my iPhone (sucks for you but easy for me)
